Ms. Rice of Family Nexus has provided me with an invaluable service with regards to maintaining a strong bond with my infant daughter. While dealing with the aftermath of a very complicated and difficult break up, Family Nexus has made it possible for me to remain in my daughter’s life and has helped me immensely in other ways as well. Colleen and her staff are very professional and friendly and they understand how to deal with a child.

When it come to booking time for visitation, Colleen is always doing her extreme best to accommodate and manage to work with both parents to make the visit happen.
When it comes to the very small details, the staff of Family Nexus is very helpful, for example they are helping with putting the child’s clothes, getting the shoes of the child on, I know those are small details, but sometimes can very challenging to be done, but with the assistance of a Family Nexus staff member, the task can be achieved, simply by distracting the child, and play with him till the parent can properly dress the child, and put his or her shoes on.
Giving the sensitivity of the situation, the emotions and the tension that can be involved, Colleen and her staff is doing an outstanding job easing the whole visit from start to finish.
